OUR COMMITMENT
Accessibility Statement
At WebForAccess, digital inclusion is not just our business—it is our core engineering philosophy.
Last Updated: July 8, 2026
1. Our Commitment
WebForAccess is committed to providing an inclusive, barrier-free digital experience and ensuring full and equal opportunity for everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience and applying the relevant, most up-to-date accessibility standards to our own digital infrastructure.
2. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WebForAccess targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance for our entire website. We view accessibility as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time project, and we actively maintain our code architecture to meet these strict technical benchmarks.
3. Our Testing Methodology
We do not rely solely on automated scanners to test our own platform. To ensure true usability, our site undergoes regular, rigorous testing, which includes:
- Manual testing by professionals and native users with disabilities.
- Screen reader verification utilizing NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
- Comprehensive keyboard-only navigation flows.
- Color contrast and cognitive load analysis.
- Semantic HTML and WAI-ARIA structural audits.
4. Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with assistive technologies using current operating systems. Specifically, it is optimized for:
- The last two versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
- Standard screen magnifiers and OS-level accessibility features on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Note: The website may not display or function optimally in outdated browsers or older operating systems.
5. Continuous Training
As an accessibility agency, we invest in ongoing accessibility training for our entire engineering and design team. This ensures that our developers, content creators, and UI/UX designers remain highly knowledgeable and consistently follow the latest global best practices for digital inclusion.
